  We had a hard time getting into the turmeric latte trend, but once we created this recipe it's been a daily hot indulgence in our office. Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years and it's mainly used for muscle and joint pain, breathing issues, fatigue, digestive issues, as it's known to have anti-inflammatory properties. In recent years, research also suggests that turmeric is a potent antioxidant with antimicrobial and anticancer effects. Hemp and Marijuana are different names for the same thing = MYTH Hemp is often confused with its relative Marijuana.
